Hands-on work across the region, with remote help available throughout North Dakota when the problem does not require a drive.
The primary service area
Herzog Enclave is based in Valley City. Hands-on work is centered on:
- Valley City and Barnes County
- Jamestown
- Fargo and West Fargo
- Wahpeton
- Lisbon
- Carrington
- Cooperstown
- The farms, small towns, and surrounding communities between them
If your location is not on the list, ask. Distance matters differently for a twenty-minute fix, a planned installation, and a larger project with several days of on-site work.
Work that can often be handled remotely
Many account, email, Microsoft 365, security, vendor, planning, and troubleshooting questions can begin remotely. Assessments, policy work, specialist data-protection work, and independent reviews are also available across North Dakota and beyond when on-site access is not necessary.
Remote work begins only after we agree on a safe access method. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, or unredacted sensitive records in an initial message.
Availability
Herzog Enclave is not a staffed help desk and does not publish guaranteed support hours. Call or text (701) 890-2076 to find out current availability. If I am available and the situation warrants it, I will make time. If I am not the right or available response, I will tell you plainly and help point you toward the kind of coverage you need.
For an active safety issue, fraudulent transfer, destructive cyber incident, or outage covered by an existing provider or response agreement, use those urgent contacts immediately rather than waiting for a reply.
What I travel for
On-site work may include:
- Computers, servers, printers, copiers, and attached equipment
- Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting or replacement
- Microsoft 365, email, accounts, MFA, and backup setup
- Cabling coordination, cameras, door access, and VoIP phones
- New offices, shops, farm buildings, and location moves
- Hardware selection and installation
- Health Checks and practical security work
If it plugs in or logs in, ask. Small jobs are welcome, and larger work gets a clear boundary before it begins.
