Privacy
A data-protection site should be plain about the data it handles.
Herzog Enclave does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies.
The short version
This is a static website. It does not have accounts, a contact form, embedded analytics, behavioral advertising, or a database of visitors. Reading the site does not create a marketing profile.
Information involved when you use the site
Website requests
Like most web servers, the server may record operational information such as the requested page, time of the request, IP address, browser details, and response status. Those logs are used to keep the site reliable, investigate abuse, and diagnose technical problems — not to build advertising audiences or track people across websites.
Scheduling
The “Pick a time” button on the Contact page opens Cal.com in a new tab. Information you provide there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy terms. Herzog Enclave receives the scheduling details needed to hold the call.
If you email larry@herzogenclave.com, the message and the contact information you provide are used to respond, discuss a possible engagement, or carry out work you request. Email is retained as needed for ordinary business, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
What Herzog Enclave does not do
- Sell or rent visitor information
- Use third-party advertising or retargeting
- Embed social-media tracking pixels
- Load remote fonts or analytics JavaScript
- Add anyone to a marketing list merely for visiting the site or sending an inquiry
